David Niemann

David Niemann is a licensed commercial real estate Broker/ Realtor and has been actively involved in many facets of the real estate industry for nearly two decades. His long history of involvement in the commercial real estate industry began while gaining valuable experience working as Chief Operating Officer for Resolute Properties. There his focus was in Medical/ Dental office building sales, build-outs, and leasing for 8 years. David then went on to start Niemann Properties where he worked as the principal, purchasing/ renovating/ leasing and sales of older office buildings and vacations rentals. This background of hands-on experience and knowledge along with an impressive list of clients he’s represented over the years makes him one of the more knowledgeable and capable agents in Charleston.

In addition to working with office clients, David has represented a wide variety of investment clients. Further enhancing David’s ability to provide expert representation to his clients is his own background of building a personal real estate investment portfolio which now includes a variety of office, medical and retail properties.
