What separates me from the rest? I genuinely care! I’m an energetic, self-driven, highly skilled communicator and personnel manager. As the former sole Command Air Traffic Control Manager, I applied my military formal education and BSBA to help empower the team around me to align their goals to the organization's goals. I'm different from others in that I never accept when team members say "that's the way it's always been done" as a reason to why it can't be done better.

My team leadership efforts were recognized multiple times; I led a control tower to be recognized as the Facility of the Year at the Air Force level one year and led a different control tower to be recognized as the Facility of the Year at the command level two years in a row. I am looking to use my 20 years of experience to continue to motivate teams to accomplish their goals in seemingly unattainable situations.
