David is truly an amazing Realtor! We only had 2 weeks to find a house and get our offer accepted due to my lease being terminated at my previous residence. The pressure was on and we got it done! David is reliable, quick response time , and has a way about him to calm your nerves if your are feeling stressed about the home buying process.
Not only did David get my offer accepted, He managed to work out a reasonable credit for repairs needing to be done. Being a single mom, finding a home to buy and moving sounds impossible. David made sure he made the process smooth for me by having the home cleaned, set up movers for me, got quotes on things he knew I was interested in fixing and not to mention some beautiful house plants to make my new home feel warm and welcoming.

Anyone looking to purchase a home should work with David and his seasoned professional team. As a new home buyer we were very naive in regards to the general home buying process including the sales cycle and dynamics. Luckily for us, David exhibited the utmost professionalism, insight, and service.

As I mentioned before we are new home buyers. David did an excellent job helping us understand the objective of each stage in the purchasing process and presented various options on how we could best proceed forward. Every time he left the decision up to us but presented his favorite options and why it would be the best way to move forward. For example, when we were negotiating a lower sales price on the home we bought David presented a range of options that would be favorable to us as the buyers. Then he worked backwards and framed the negotiation to sound favorable to the seller. This showed me that he not only understood the dynamics of the purchase process but had great business acumen and always had our best interest in mind.

As a professional sales person I was very impressed with David’s ability to understand the sellers point of view & the dynamics of the whole process. However as a consumer, I was very pleased with the white glove service he provided to us as buyers as well. Text messages and emails were replied to in a timely manner. If he was unable to answer our call he returned it quickly. One problem you can have with any professional service is that they take on too many clients and the level of service drops. We did not feel like that with David at any point. So again, We were extremely pleased with his service and it exceeded our expectations.

Another awesome part about working with David is his knowledgeable and professional team. David has a deep bench of team members and partners that really streamlined the buying process. From transaction coordinator, to lender(Alex Munoz), and the rest of David’s team; overall the buying process was much easier than I had imagined because everyone together was working to help us get the best deal. This showed us that David is a good leader because he understands the value of leveraging his teammates core competencies.

Since we have known him he has always had a positive attitude and naturally made others lives around him better. I know that anyone who works with David will have a great buying experience.

I've worked with David before as a lender helping out our mutual client purchase his first home. David was incredible with our client - he was always available, helped answer any questions, was an excellent negotiator, and he worked extra hard to make sure the deal went through so our client could get his first home. David helped us purchase our first home in November 2019. After waiting for so many years, as we had been an active duty military family that didn't want to mess with buying and selling homes, we had a big wish list for our long-deferred dream. Logically, we realized that we probably couldn't get everything we wanted at our price point in our area.

Well, David was able to prove us wrong! We bought a beautifully updated home with all the amenities we wanted...and then some! Better yet, the house appraised higher than selling price so we had equity with our purchase! So, were we happy with our purchase?! Absolutely!!

David worked tirelessly to help make our dreams come true. He was efficent when it came to utilizing our time to view homes. Though we were not his only client, he always made us feel like we were. Additionally, his customer service skills are top-notch! From the very beginning, he made us feel like a valued friend, and not just a client.

David was honest, prompt, and forthright in his dealing with us and always added value to the process. He made our home buying incredibly easy and responded quickly to questions or concerns. We cannot say enought good things about his knowledge and expertise!
