David Palmer

David was born and raised in Kansas and spent the first half of his life there and the second half in Colorado. He and his family have always dreamed of living close to the beach and have since relocated to Florida where they plan to spend the rest of their lives. He has three children, 19, 16, and 6 and an incredible wife, who is also in real estate.

David earned his Masters Degree in Gerontology and spent the first 11 years of his professional career managing senior care facilities. Since then he has owned and operated his own business and has spent most of his time in sales and management. He is very excited to make a transition into the world of real estate.

When he is not working, David loves anything sports and the outdoors. He plays competitive sports as much as possible and has enjoyed many years of coaching youth athletics as well. He is passionate about everything that he does and looks forward to putting that passion to work for you.
