I relied on Mr. Perrot's advice and bought beach property from him in 1992. It is the best financial advice I have ever been given and the best financial decision I have ever made. We have remained in continual contact and he has given me good advice and recommendations for over 27 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and totally honest. His vast experience makes navigating through all of the bureaucratic rules and regulations associated with beach real estate , simple. In addition to the great pleasure my friends and family have received from the beach house, Mr. Perot's expert advice made me a financially secure person. My only Regret is that I did not take his additional advice and acquire more beach property because had I taken His advice and done that I would be a very rich man today! I'm not a relative or business associate of Mr. Perot and never even knew Mr. Perot before my beach purchase. I give him my very highest recommendation possible.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of working with David recently as we sold one house on Roanoke Island and bought another in Kill Devil Hills. Both transactions were difficult for very unpredictable reasons and we were fortunate to have David to guide us through it all. He is professional in his approach to his work, he is persistent in pursuit of his goals; plus he is really easy to get along with. The highlight of his work for us was actually something we had originally had some concern about and that was the fact that he also represented the buyers of our old house. This will happen on the Outer Banks since so many folks from other places enter the OBX real estate market via the internet. As it turned out David protected our interests quite well throughout the process and if he had not been representing both parties the deal would likely have failed.

David Perrot was our realtor during our search for an investment property in the OBX. When working with him, it was obvious that he had a lot of experience and familiarity with the market and area. His best qualities are his honesty, transparency, and zero-pressure to purchase. He was able to guide us to a prudent property that has yield sizable income to offset the property's costs. We are very pleased with our overall experience and have kept a close relationship with David as we continue to consider a second investment property.

I'm a Realtor® myself (though not in NC) so when it comes to real estate transactions I'm a tough audience and a hard marker.
We worked with David when we bought our OBX property. We were very impressed with the level of service provided; so much so that when wanted to sell the house we again turned to David. He is knowledgable in all facets of the real estate business, and handles with ease all of the details of the transaction. He makes it look easy and I can tell you from experience that it is anything but.
