The best real estate agent in existence. Patient, quiet but informative, energetic, and very knowledgeable. Has sold two houses and bought one for us. Always responds when called and is VERY generous. A good and honest man.

I called David a few months ago to start a life changing process. He recommended junk haulers, painters, and movers. I used all his recommendations and was very pleased. He then listed my house for sale, it sold in 2 days, who could ask for more. David was my answer to an overwhelming situation. He is truly a class act and I highly recommend him. He's very responsive to all my needs and never let me down.

I used David as my realtor to not only find my home, but to sell it 4 years later as well.
When I was looking for a home, I was a first time home buyer and I had no idea what I was doing. It didn't help that there wasn't great inventory when I was looking either. I needed something that was move in ready and wouldn't break the bank. He found the perfect home for me, my roommates, and my dogs.
When I went to sell it, he made things easy and quick and there was literally no hassle on my part. David negotiated with the buyer for me and I went about my daily life with no worries. He walked me through everything and even happily answered the hundreds of questions my boyfriend and I had.
Now that everything is sold, he still is hooking me up and finding me a good realtor out of state (I plan to move out west) and he continues to answer any questions I have. David has really made these experiences simple and stress-free. If I ever buy or sell in Maryland again, he is definitely my go-to guy!
I would recommend him to anyone and can't imagine you can find someone more knowledgeable than he is about the business.
