We were first-time home buyers, and David was super helpful throughout the entire process. He was just a text away whenever we had questions and always responded promptly. He allowed us to choose what houses we wanted to see and then made arrangements to show them to us. He is incredibly knowledgeable about houses and inspections as well, which was super helpful when looking at older homes. He also knows a number of reliable inspectors and contractors. He was even available after we closed to help us with some contractors. Truly a top-notch real estate agent.

David is an exceptional realtor and a genuine pleasure to work with!

A friend recommended him since he "made buying [their] house easy." So, my partner and I called him. From that first phone call, we knew we wanted him as our realtor, too. Despite catching him at lunch, he answered all our first-time homebuyer questions. He even invited us to look at homes later that evening. We viewed 1-3 homes, each day, for the next week (or so it felt). The entire time, he ensured that my partner, our child, and I were involved in the viewings, so everyone’s opinions were heard and valued. Not once did he pressure us to make an offer. Then, in just over a week, we found the house we wanted. That's when David’s experience and passion shone most. He helped us submit a strong offer that secured the house under its list price. He negotiated a fair deal between us and the sellers on three separate occasions: after the inspection, after some storm damage, and for a seller request during closing. Even after closing, he made himself available for the occasional question-and-answer session. Now, I have to agree with my friend. David makes home buying an easy and pleasant experience!

We got so lucky with David! He basically fell into our laps and we just decided to roll with it due to us living 4 hours away from our new town!
He did a great job showing us everything in our price range but unfortunately while we were in town we couldn't find anything that we liked but David didn't stop. He drove around to any house we were potentially interested in and took a video of every part of the house to show us. We trusted him enough to buy a house without even looking at it in person! He knew what we liked and didn't from the 14 houses we checked out while in town! He also did our final walk through since we lived so far away. When we showed up to our new house to move in the previous owners still had a dumpster in the driveway. David made sure to get on the phone and get it picked up within an hour (even though the company tried to say they weren't sure when they would get to it)
He did an amazing job and we are super grateful for him and everything he did for our small little family! Moving to the other side of the state wasn't going to be a small job but he played a large role in making it a bit easier on us.
We can promise you that if you choose to work with David you will not be disappointed!

He came with strategies to help us with our specific goals of moving to a different state. He helped a great deal with the pre-inspection, repairs, listing photos, showings, offers, and working through the closing process. I'm not likely selling again in Nebraska, but I'd highly recommend him to anyone looking for an agent dedicated to giving you close attention to your home sale.

We house hunted for roughly 9 months before we found the one, and David was patiently with us every step of the way, always happy to answer questions and walk houses with us. When the time came to put an offer on our home, David moved quickly and gathered as much information as possible to ensure we had a successful offer. There is a reason this guy was rookie of the year back at Nebraska Realty! Now he is professional of the year in my books, and I would recommend him to anyone. On top of being casual and personal, David stepped up to the plate when he needed and went to bat for my wife, daughters, and I. He and his staff worked hard day in and day out - even on weekends - to find us a house we would be happy with and not settle. When he knew interest rates were going up, he worked to put together a speed deal for us and worked with sellers to review an offer earlier than they had planned. I was looking for a very specific kind of house - Mid-Century Modern, Central Omaha neighborhood, move-in ready - and David completely respected my vision and embraced my pickiness. David inspected all the important “mechanical” parts of houses to make sure they were in good shape, but gave me the space to take-in the layout, look and feel of the house. Whenever we left a showing, I felt like we were always on the same page and never felt pressured to bid or overbid on a house that he could tell I wasn’t enthusiastic about.

In a competitive real estate market, we had to put in a few bids before getting the right house. They were always spot-on competitive bids. I couldn’t be happier with the house I bought. Highly recommend David for his process and professionalism!
