It has been a pleasure working with David, Laura and Megan. They are professional, knowledgeable, and most importantly, always have our best interest at heart. Buying a house in this year's white hot market is challenging and people could easily rush to unwise decisions, either overspending or buying a wrong one. David had no hesitation to tell us NOT to give an offer, or he thought the price was too high. I think that shows his quality. We eventually bought a house in UA, a happy ending.

My experience with David was incredible from start to finish. He took the time to explain each step of the home buying process (we were first time home buyers) so we never felt overwhelmed or unclear on anything. He was always honest and straightforward about each property, never pushed us to bid on something we didn't like, and had a very clear view on the neighborhoods we liked. David has an in-depth knowledge and extensive experience of Columbus and surrounding areas, as well as what each house is worth. I cannot recommend him enough! We will certainly be recommending him to all friends and family and contact him again when it's time to sell.

My husband and I just bought our first home, and we highly recommend the Powers Group. We can't say enough good things about them! David, Laura, and Megan were so helpful throughout the entire process, from looking at houses through after our closing. They really listened to us to make sure they understood what we were looking for, were always available to answer our (many) questions, and offered excellent advice and guidance. They are even continuing to help us after we closed to connect us with other professionals (electrician, painter, etc.). We had such a great experience and they found us our perfect house!

David and The Powers Group recently helped us purchase our very first home!!! David was very prompt and responsive from the very beginning and he was personally invested in our home buying process. From the very first phone call, he was keen on identifying our needs regarding our ideal home, constantly working towards understanding and improving the search for the right one. He also provided appropriate and candid feedback when we viewed homes with him weighing in whenever he could on matters that he was knowledgeable about, giving us valuable insights into what the pros and cons were for buying any given home.
He got us in touch with all the folks that are needed in a home-buying process, initiating and even expediting the process in several situations such as bringing in his own roof and builder guys to pull through the home inspection in a timely manner. David worked with us round the clock, via email, text or phone calls, making sure we got everything done in time for closing.

We used a pretty extensive process to interview several realtors followed by viewing homes with them to find the right fit. While we were transparent about our process, several realtors we spoke to felt like we wasted their time in this process. David on the other hand enthusiastically supported this and understood why this was important to us as first time homebuyers. And to add cherry on top, David is the kind of person who will try to get to know you, your culture and your origins, just to make sure he knows you that much better to help you get your ideal home! Overall, David was very helpful and forthcoming in understanding what we wanted and facilitated every step of the home buying process from providing information about homes, to getting us in touch with the right people, to helping with the negotiation process, thus making the whole process less daunting and stressful. We look forward to working with him and his team in our future home buying/selling experiences and also to a cricket match that we owe him 🙂
