Dave was great even after our offer was accepted, but prior to closing. He kept an eye on the property as the owner had moved out. He checked on misc items as his office was closer than our current house. I was exceptionally impressed when during the pouring rains he gave me a call at work to let me know he had checked the drainage off the back yard! We then listed our house with Dave with the same 10 out of 10 experience. I can be wordy so I will just bullet the items that really stood out to Kirsten and I: - always timely - very patient - with us each step of the way (in person at all meetings/closing) - went the extra mile (6-8 open houses) - directed us on staging - very professional without being salesy - really felt that he gave value. Dave's fee schedule is the best around, and although his fees are discounted in comparison to the rest I can assure you the service is not. In fact having been involved in real estate transactions for over 25 years I have to say this transaction with Dave was the very best. Dave was always punctual, professional, and very well prepared for every meeting. We simply allowed Dave's staff take over and under his direction our house was professionally staged and marketed including a fantastic Virtual Tour. The Virtual Tour and website photos alone took almost 3 hours to produce. They were the best we have ever seen on a real estate website, and were included as part of Dave's service. Dave was always available to answer any questions, or concerns making this selling process the least stressful we have ever experienced. We highly recommend David Prouty to all!
