Our experience with David Raesz and his team when trying to sell our house was very successful. David knows his profession. His advice is concise and accessible...his commitment to selling our house was unrelenting and handled very professionally. He said he would sell our house (after it had been on the market for a very long time under the listing of a different realtor) and he did just that! But what we also found uniquely impressive was his 'team'....for us that was Rebecca. She dealt with every detail...she kept us informed and up to date. Once the paperwork started with the sales contract, she was completely on top of all the necessary requirements. In short, Rebecca was just superb at her job...wonderfully pleasant and incredibly professional. We highly recommend David and his Raesz Team...a truly successful combination!
