David Ray

David has been involved on a local basis with the Appraisal Institute, the leading professional real estate appraiser organization. David has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the North Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and as a FACT (Foundation Appraisers Coalition of Texas) as an alternate committee member.

David is currently serving on the Board of Directors of the North Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and also the 2018 Nominating Committee of the North Texas Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.

David received his BBA in Finance from The University of North Texas in 2005.

David and his wife, Kim, have two children, Cade and Ryann. David and his family reside in Frisco, Texas. The family attends First United Methodist Church in Richardson, Texas and is involved in numerous activities in the DFW area. David has served on the University of North Texas Collin County Alumni Steering Committee.
