I am a full time, professional Realtor. I have extensive knowledge and experience to protect my client's best interest throughout the buying / selling process. My "clients first" philosophy drives me to pursue the latest education and technology available. I work diligently on marketing your property effectively and pride myself on my professional negotiation skills.

The certifications that I have obtained to benefit my clients are as follows:

-Short Sales and Foreclosure Certified (SFR)

I am extremely involved with and serve as a member of the Professional Standards Committee for the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors.

A fear that many people may experience while thinking about working with a Realtor is that they may get "locked into" a lengthy agreement with less than a competent agent. I have the ability to give my clients peace of mind with an "Easy Release" giving them the ability to cancel their listing with one phone call.
