My wife and I moved to the area from Western New York. Because of the distance, we had limited time to view houses. Dave made sure that he was available during our limited time slots. He not only showed us houses that we requested to see, but also had a handful of houses for us to look at that were not on our list, but were within our price range. He was willing to show us houses in a number of towns, and when we finally found the right house, he seemed just as happy for us as we were. We had our kids with us as we looked at the house, and he was not bothered by their presence, but instead was very friendly toward them. I would definitely recommend working with Dave for all of your housing needs.
