David is an excellent realtor who spends the time and effort to find real estate in areas that would satisfy the needs and budget of the buyer. He listens. He is very personable, knowledgeable, patient and communicates well, answering so many of my questions with accuracy and kindness. I certainly would recommend David to anyone looking to buy or sell a home or other real properties.

Worked with David for over 2 years to finally purchase a home.
Needless to say, trying to purchase a house over these last two years was very discouraging. David stuck with us and he went above and beyond in doing FaceTime videos from numerous houses.

David is kind, considerate and very understanding and worked with us until we found the perfect place.

David Rose is an exceptional realtor that goes above and beyond to provide a smooth and pleasant buying experience.
Our search for a home started close to 2 years ago, a difficult adventure when it’s been a seller’s market, yet he stuck with us , providing up to date property listings, going to the prospective homes with us, and if we couldn’t visit the homes in person he would connect with us via video as he conducted a walkthrough.
We finally secured a home with his exceptional realtor assistance.
I cannot say enough about
David; answered our calls and all our questions immediately , provided us with contact information for professional services in the community we need, and continues to assist us as new home owners.
I need to mention one instance in particular; after the final walkthrough before the closing date, our car decided it wouldn’t start, he waited with us 2 1/2 hrs in his air conditioned car(it was 110 degrees outside) until the tow truck came took us to the garage where it was being towed.
David is an upmost fantastic human being that truly cares about his clients.
I would highly and unequivocally recommend David Rose to anyone looking for the best realtor.
