I met Dave Rothermel about four years ago when I started my search for a second home in Florida. Being from out of state I was only able to come down to Florida a couple times a year so most of my looking was done over the internet. Dave was always available by phone or email and when I did get to Florida he would spend days taking me to see different properties. My search continued for four years. Dave never pressured me or got tired of showing me properties, he knew I would find the right home and I did. Dave made the process very easy and enjoyable considering I had to get things done from out of state. I met Dave on line through a realty site. He was so helpful and patient with my wife and I when we were searching for a home. He took the time to know exactly what we were looking for and was very understanding of our time and money constraints. It was an absolute pleasure buying our home, and we owe that to Dave. Dave Rothermel goes above and beyond his responsibility as a real estate agent. It was totally stress free for us, and I'm sure it was not for him.

We have known David Rothermel for almost 3 years . One of the things that impressed my wife & I about David is that he never tried to push us into a more expensive home or in an area we didn't want to be .In the past , when we had been looking to buy in Florida , the real estate agent we had always seemed to be pushing us into a higher priced home and in an area we weren't interested in . David was a refreshing change . In fact we have recommended him to our friends a # of times and I know he has successfully sold at least one home to one of our friends .
