Sale and closing of our property within 2 weeks! I recently had the pleasure of working with David SanMartin (Keyes Realty) to sell a property. From start to finish, it was an absolute pleasure! From our initial conversations and throughout the whole process, David was very professional.

David was a huge help selling my home. After our initial meeting I had to delay the sale for a number of months and he had no problem and kept in touch with me until we got to the list date. After that he got me a full price offer within 10 days of the sign going up. He handled all the details and I ended up getting exactly what he had projected I would make from the sale. David made the whole thing a smooth and worry free proposition. If only the moving were so simple.
