About David

While attending The Ohio State University in the 1980’s, David Sarver became involved in real estate when he acquired the family owned business, Sarver Realty, established in 1974. With nearly 4,300 transaction sides closed, he is recognized as an excellent contract negotiator, keeping the needs of his clients at the forefront of every step in the buying and selling process.
As a current Associate Broker of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Professional Realty, David leads a team of agents and assistants who are vital to the real estate transactions with a unique skill for analyzing and understanding clients' needs. David strives to create long term relationships based on trust, support and outstanding customer service. He has represented every form of real estate transaction including lease/sale of retail and office, industrial/warehouses, investment properties, vacant land development and most importantly the sale and management of single and multi-family dwellings.
1988- 2000 David owned and operated a single ERA Real Estate franchise in Cleveland Heights, Ohio with concentration on corporate relocation, Foreclosure, Bankruptcy and Probate Real Estate.
1990-2019 David created an REO department where foreclosures and short sales became yet another growing segment of the real estate industry. Sarver Realty held one of the largest REO portfolios in the State of Ohio.

Presently David is an Associate Broker at BHHS Professional Realty in Beachwood Ohio, a Berkshire Hathaway Home Services franchise with 33 offices across Ohio.
