David helped me sell my townhouse earlier this year. I have worked with several real estate agents over the years to both buy and sell properties. David--by far--surpassed all of my previous experiences and expectations with regards to his communication, service and marketing techniques. The photography and virtual staging was top-notch and really set my property apart from the other listings in my neighborhood--I had numerous offers within hours of my home hitting the market. David was also there for me when working through closing details--he went above and beyond to ensure that things progressed smoothly beyond negotiations with my buyer. Work with David--you won't be disappointed!

I worked with David to buy my mother a condo over by the Montrose Harbor in Chicago. She was moving from a small town in Indiana and therefore had lots of questions, nervous feeling about moving to the big city, and general anxiety yet excitement about the whole process. This is all to say, there was a lot going on and we needed someone with calm to help answer questions, energy to get her excited, and knowledge to help shepherd her (and me!) through the process.

David was all of those things and more. He was patient as we worked through different buildings and unit options. Energetic to help us get excited about opportunities within each building. And finally knowledgeable, helping us catch little gotchas that we would have otherwise not seen in buildings. A special nod that when David did not know the answer, he knew who to direct us to in order to get the job done. There was something very comforting knowing that he was not extending past his knowledge base and was willing to help direct us as needed.

I would highly recommend working with David in the future!
