David Shechtman

Prior to Studio Oakley, David was Director of Acquisitions for The Wolcott Group, a Chicago based middle-market real estate investment firm with a national platform. He focused on sourcing opportunistic return profile investments across all asset classes with a preference towards multifamily and manufactured housing. David has worked in real estate for six years and completed his undergraduate degree at The University of Illinois Champaign with a degree in computer science and physics.
