David Shortt

A native of Hampton Roads, Virginia, Dave has experience in rehabbing and property management. Dave now calls St Louis home, but he and his wife own property in Branson and are actively involved in sales there. As a licensed Realtor, Dave specializes in representing his clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within St. Louis. A love for this area has given Dave a breadth of knowledge on current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance, and inspection information. Dave is also a Missouri Realtors® State Director, Missouri Leadership Academy Alumni and active in the state and local levels of his Realtor organizations.
