06/17/2014 - Sarah MuellerJohn Parker Sold a Vacant Land home in 2014 for approximately $50K in Beersheba Springs, TN. It was a joy working with David to sell my property. He is very down to earth and I felt very comfortable talking with him. He was knowledgable about the area and it didn't take him long to sell my property despite it being a less desirable property. The Simpsons are very nice people running a family owned business and I would gladly do future business with them.
