David's real estate career has evolved over the past forty plus years. David started as a sales agent in the northeast and eventually served as the Vice President/ Director of the Coldwell Banker New Homes Division of New England covering four states for 16 years. David worked directly with landowners, developers builders and towns in the development of residential communities.
Looking for a different climate David moved to the West Central Florida Region with his 2 children and accepted a position with Coldwell Banker as Managing Broker of the Palm Harbor/Tarpon Springs real estate office specializing in residential real estate, commercial real estate and property management.
Leaving the corporate world David helped to form Producers Realty Corp along with his Broker Partner, Denise Warner. David then opened a real estate company with the name of Premier Realty Consultants serving clients in the Central and West Central area of Florida in all aspects of real estate.
David lived in the northeast and raised three sons and three daughters. David is a veteran and studied at Ohio State University. David also holds real estate brokers licenses in Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Connecticut with a agents license in Florida.
David enjoys flying, boating, diving and fishing as recreational time and is a member of the Tarpon Springs Rotary and a committee member for the West Shore Wounded Warriors.
