David Smith

David has been a resident of Charlotte since 2004 where he attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and obtained his degree in Civil Engineering.

Soon after the internships and grad school.. David decided to test his luck & passion in real estate and began flipping homes across the Charlotte area. After flipping over 30 homes ranging from 150,000 to 1,000,000, David decided to dabble in development and land acquisition.

Over the past several years, David has founded a number of entities related to both residential and commercial real estate and has since been involved in multiple ventures with local reputable builders such as Vista Homes, Simonini, Saussy Burbank and several others in the surrounding the Charlotte area.

Although Barringer Homes may be new name for some. David and his team have been apart of the Charlotte building scene for over 50 plus years combined and are excited to bring their talent and expertise to Barringer Homes.

But most importantly on a personal note, David enjoys spending time with his family on lake Norman or relaxing on the coast of Wrightsville Beach with his wife and their pups Kaiser & Connolly.
