David Soltero

David has over 15yrs of real estate experience having worked in acquisitions, construction, leasing, and management of properties in NY & CA. For over 7yrs David served as a property manager for rental buildings, condos, and coops throughout NYC. Having worked closely with landlords and coop/condo boards allows him to give his clients a unique perspective. As a Salesperson David is intent on going out of his way to provide the highest quality of service. In 2018, David formed together with Rolan Sereny, the Sereny&Soltero team, enabling them to offer the best luxury sales and leasing programs to their clients. David holds a BS degree in Planning and Management from USC, and studied Real Estate Finance at UCLA. His family is involved in luxury real estate development and sales throughout LA, including Santa Monica, Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, and Los Feliz.
