David Sountris

David Sountris is focused on helping people in the acquisition and disposition of real property including landlord and tenant representation. David holds a Managing Broker’s license in Illinois and is a Broker Associate in Iowa. Serving the real estate community for 21 years, David is experienced in commercial, residential, multi-family, land, farm and investment opportunities. Beyond real estate, David is an Executive Board member and Assistant Treasurer at his church, a Certified member of the Professional Ski Instructors of America and has taught snow skiing for 35 years. David believes that in business, leisure and sport, each day offers up a new learning experience! David enjoys spending time with his wife and supporting his two sons in all their pursuits.
