David Spivey

A resident of South Baldwin County since 1955, David Spivey has lived in the area most of his life, except while attending the University of Alabama and serving as an officer in the US Army.
David has been a licensed real estate broker in the area since 1974, and has watched the South Baldwin community grow from a sleepy coastal area to a major destination for vacationers, retirees, business and industry. His knowledge of the area and his expertise in real estate have earned him a flawless reputation as a leader in the real estate industry.
David has served the community well, having served as president of the local JAYCEES, the Foley Rotary Club, the South Baldwin United Way, the City of Foley Library Board and other community organizations.
Professionally David has earned many professional designations including CRS® (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR® (Accredited Buyers Representative), SRES® (Seniors' Real Estate Specialist), GRI® (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) and SFR® (Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource).
In addition to his former military service, David is a pilot and member of the Civil Air Patrol, the civilian auxiliary of the US Air Force where he holds the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.
