David Stremic

David is a Nashville local with over 40 years of commercial real estate experience. After graduating from UCLA, David built a successful commercial real estate and investment banking career in Southern California. In 2003 David moved his family to Williamson County and took the job as President and General Manger of Crye-Leike Commercial, whereupon he built a strong network of contacts and clients. After five years, he went out on his own connecting his clients with rare real estate opportunities and continues to do so on a daily basis.
David is a driven and highly motivated individual that works tirelessly on behalf of his clients. He has worked on transactions with a total of over million of square feet both locally and nationwide. David primarily serves the Middle Tennessee area, but also works with clients all over the state.

When David isn't working, he enjoys spending time with his family or at his beach home in 30A.
