David is the owner of, and broker of record for, Swallow International Realty LLC, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage.
He draws on his 29+ years of experience in banking and real estate to identify and meet client needs in a range of real estate transactions. That depth of knowledge and experience, along with a creative "outside the box" analytical style, has allowed him to successfully close transactions that initially seemed to be undoable.
David is experienced in working with clients from many different cultures and industries. He has represented clients in the lease, sale, or purchase of investment properties, office buildings, restaurants, medical facilities, industrial facilities (manufacturing and warehouses), land, and office and retail spaces.
