Dave Swanson was a fantastic realtor! I reached out to him to sell my house last spring 2021. He was very responsive through the whole process. He was so professional and thorough when answering all of my questions. He knows Naperville very well and priced my house competitively. The marketing for my house was fantastic as well! Dave was also very easy to talk to and very friendly. I had a great experience and happily sold my house in one day! I would highly recommend Dave!

Dave did an awesome/professional job from the get-go with pre market preparation advice, helping us defining competitive pricing and always followed up quickly whenever we had a question or needed a recommendation (electrical, carpet replacement etc...). My house was on the market early on 2020 just when Covid shut down everything. Dave was totally calm and reassuring for me when I was struggling. He was unwavering in his efforts to find the right buyer( we were looking for a builder as it could be a teardown) and found great options that were unique and successful.

He created a strong team including my attorney and funds manager to make the sale happen.
