Paula Fox Davy was really helpful in our move from Kentucky to Tennessee. He worked with our schedule and planned the route for the home tours perfectly so no time was wasted. He was very patient and honest. He got a feel for what we were looking for and helped us to find homes that met our needs. He gave us great advice that only an experience realtor can provide. Davy worked very hard for us and I would use him again.

Teresa Robotham 3 months ago This is house number six for me and it was by far the most positive house buying experience yet. Davy Talley is an extraordinary realtor. I Don't know how he manages to balance kindness, southern hospitality and caring consideration in the same body with extreme real estate savvy, but he does! He advised me when to pass on properties (even though it meant he wouldn't close a deal), he carefully listened to my requirements, he was always on time, he is a MASTER negotiator who protected my best interest during contract negotiations and inspection and he followed through to the end - even after the end. I bought this house the day it went on the market and he made sure I had every opportunity to make it mine. Yes, buying a house with Davey was a truly fun experience, probably the way it should always be for everyone. I would recommend him and I have recommended him to anyone who wants to buy a house.

Cody Atwood 2 months ago Id like to start by saying that Davy is probably the main reason why I am in the home that I am today. He was always willing to answer any questions that I had and didn't hesitate to go out of his way to find an answer if he wasn't sure. Due to my lack of knowledge with purchasing a home, Davy stepped up to the plate and wanted to help me to understand the different aspects of becoming a homeowner and how to do it in a proper manner. With his assistance in placing an offer/counter offer and communicating with the other Realtor, he made buying my first home seem like a breeze. joseph collins 2 months ago I asked Davy to help me find an investment property that I could rent out. He was very knowledgeable. He helped me to avoid buying a place that couldn't be rented out due to hoa bylaws. The place I eventually bought has increased in value. With Davy's help I was able to avoid making costly mistakes that a novice would typically make. I would recommend Davy to anyone.

Paul Frank 2 months ago Davy came to us highly recommended through a trusted friend. We could not have been more fortunate. We were relocating from Florida and knew nothing about Nashville. Davy is a life-long resident and literally spent months educating us about the area and finding our home. Almost the entire process was done remotely via the internet. He scouted out the homes, did his research, and sent us countless photos and his honest assessment of the properties. When we traveled to Nashville he spent so much time with us we felt guilty. We were extremely impressed with his genuine concern to find us the right property, no matter how long it took. He even recommended that we not settle on several properties because he knew we could do better. When we found the perfect property in Brentwood he acted fast, and our offer was submitted and accepted within hours. We also requested his advice to find a local home inspector, insurance, and even financing. The end result was a stress-free relocation. Davy had a house I was interested in looking at, I personally was a buy for sale by owner and a for sale by owner person with all my homes up until this point. Davy immediately put me at ease, he actually enjoyed going through the homes with us, he gave us ideas, he created a level of trust that is rare in sales environments. It was like we were shopping with a good friend, this is what lead us to actually using Davy to sell our home through a Realtor for the first time, and he sold it in less than two weeks!
