David Tomlin

Originally from Michigan, Dave and Denise decided to move to Ocala to be closer to family and friends. They fell in love with this part of Florida for its rolling hills, mature oak trees, and convenient location, which made a trip to the water's edge a breeze. With many years of sales experience between them, they believed in building strong personal relationships with their customers. Before landing in Oak Run, they researched many of the gated communities in the area, giving them great knowledge that they can pass on to potential buyers.
