This was my first home purchase. I chose Dave as my realtor based off a pristine recommendation from two friends who had bought their home through him 3 years earlier. He was quick to respond to my phone call and very willing to help me look all around town until I found my home. On top of recommending homes for us to view, he also took us to any home we wanted to look at. We had a very aggressive schedule that Dave was able to accommodate and looked at around 18 different homes in 2 weeks. Dave was very punctual for our meetings. When touring homes, Dave wasn't overbearing like some realtors: he allowed us to walk freely though each home at our own pace. He let us form our own opinions, but was always there to point out problems with the home including noticeable structural damage, whether a home was located in a high-traffic area, if the home was overpriced, etc. Dave was never trying to just sell a home -- he genuinely wanted us to find a home that we would love. When we finally found that home, we were competing against another buyer. Dave helped us create a competitive offer that would be attractive for the seller while still staying very much within our budget. After some back-and-forth negotiations, we settled on a deal and one month later closed on the home. Dave was with me every step of the way to ensure I closed on time by working directly with the selling agent, my mortgage company, and the closing office. Over 3 months later and we are very happy in our new home. Dave made the process of finding and buying a home as stress-free as possible. I will definitely use him again if I make another home purchase. I recommend him fully without any hesitation.

We had a great experience with Dave. The best thing about him is that he is very analytical. Every time we looked at a house he would calculate the actual value of the home and this allowed us to see if there was value there. He also never pressured us into buying a home which was very nice compared to some other agents we dealt with. We ended up looking for almost 8 months for a home with him until we finally found the right one. There were many times during that process we looked at other homes multiply times and he never pressured us about making an offer or anything like that. Once we found the home we wanted, he did a great job negotiating for us. Early in the negotiations, we told him what the max we wanted to pay for the home. We have had previous realtors that would just stop when they got to that number. After getting the price reduced by about 10% from their asking to get it to our max, he continued to push and actually got it down more. Previous realtors we have dealt with would have just stopped when they knew they got to a point we would have accepted. He also sold our house we were in and did a great job doing that (and selling it in half the time the average houses were on the market in the area) Very happy with our experience with Dave.
