David was referred to me by a good friend. He was & is everything I could have asked for in a Broker - attentive, proactive, patient, & understanding. I work a full-time job & anyone who works a full-time job knows how difficult it can be to work, look for a suitable place & make the time to see it with a grueling schedule. David was very responsive and always punctual. He was on the phone with me constantly throughout the entire process from start to completion. We viewed quite a bit of places and he even visited some places of interest when I wasn't able to make it! On top of the aforementioned, he has a great sense of humor & an infectious laugh. While the process of looking for a home can be stressful for anyone, David made it a very enjoyable experience as he is very personable. He honors your wants & needs in a home and certainly delivered. I would & will recommend him to anyone!

Working with David has been a pleasant experience for my husband and me. From the beginning, David was very informative about all that is involved in selling our home, from major details to minor ones. He is knowledgeable and shares that knowledge willingly. He was fully engaged and attentive when communicating with us. This made us feel as though ours was the only home being sold. He made himself available at all times and was easy to reach. In keeping us up-to-date in every step of the process, David went above and beyond. He asked clarifying questions of all parties involved to ensure that we are all on the same page at all times, reducing any conflict or confusion. He explained all the risks involved so that we had no unrealistic expectations.
His priority at all times was our complete satisfaction. His goal was to get us the best deal.
Last, but not least, David has a great sense of humor which helped to put us at ease throughout the process. We would most certainly use him again. We highly recommend him without reservation! Excellent service.

He was fully engaged from the outset and never showed any sign of slowing down. He has a full breadth of knowledge about the business and gave us expert guidance and recommendations.
