Mr Unterman is by far the best realtor I have ever had the privilege of working with. I am an Air Force member and my family lived in Norway at the time that David helped us buy a house in Northern Virginia. Friends had recommended him to us and we were impressed from day one. Wth David's trusted and professional advice, we purchased a wonderful house in Burke without seeing it until our arrival in Northern Virginia. One issue that really stands out in my mind is David's 24/7 availability. Due to the 7 hour time zone difference between Norway and the East Coast, we often had to contact him during odd hours. David was always available and made the time zone difference a non-issue. The home was everything we were looking for and more; the best part was that David negotiated us a price that was below the appraised value...simply a fantastic deal. As if that wouldn't be enough to excite us, David added his personal touch to the process. After a grueling 12 hour flight from Norway, we finally arrived at the house and upon checking out the kitchen, found that David had stocked our refrigarator with a week's supply of food and beverages, to include steaks and wine. Definitely, the icing on the cake. In the meantime, we have wholeheartedly recommended David to a half a dozen friends, knowing that he will not disappoint. Simply put...David is fantastic!
