David Urbaniak

David was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota and attended St. Thomas University, in St. Paul Minnesota. He worked in education, teaching elementary age special education students. Then he moved to Illinois for a year and then on to Michigan where he worked in the restaurant industry. That's where he met the love of his life, Amanda and their family grew a few years later with their son. He and his been in Southern Arizona for 18 years now.

When I’m not working with his real estate clients, he spends most of his spare time with his wife, Amanda, and son, Shane, friends, family, and helping others.

I love to volunteer at Z mansion, where he prepares and serves a hot meal to around 200 homeless and less fortunate people every Sunday. He is also involved with a "Cash for Classroom" program (they give up to $1,000.00 per transaction to a school or teacher when you work with David or any agent on the Dream Team) in which he has already donated a $1,000.00 to sports scholarships (which allows the students to participate on a sports team, even if they cannot afford the fees themselves) and donated over 50 pieces of playground equipment. He is also passionate about helping those who help others, so he pays for a Home Warranty for any first responders or veterans that he has the honor to work with.

I became a real estate agent because he cares about people and loves helping others. For home buyers and investors, he helps them find their perfect home, enabling them to move on to the next chapter in their lives, or profit from a wise real estate investment. For Sellers, he gets their properties sold fast (average time is less than 24 days) and for top dollar (I average getting his Sellers 98.6% of their asking price). He understands that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction; It is a life-changing experience, so he focuses on being a great listener and is driven to keep helping people sell their property or find their perfect home and staying in touch even after the transaction is completed.

I have been helping people buy, sell, and invest in Real Estate for over 16 years. He has successfully made investors millions of dollars by fixing and flipping investment properties in every type of market. He started his career with Prudential and was with them for eight years, and then he jumped at the chance to be part of an even greater organization with Keller Williams Southern Arizona. He has been with Keller Williams for the last nine years. He is constantly in the top 5% of all the nearly 7,000 licensed Realtors in Southern Arizona. He covers Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Green Valley, Vail, and most of the surrounding areas.
