We recently purchased a condo in DC from many states away. David was very flexible in working with us and extremely helpful touring units with his phone so we could see and checking out things we asked of him. He was delightful to work with and did a great job on comparable when it came time for us to make an offer. All in all, an excellent experience during complex times due to distance and to COVID-19.

David was an excellent advocate for me as a first time home buyer and was very helpful in walking me through the whole process. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the programs available in DC, knows a lot about the market, and had great insights about each of the neighborhoods where I was looking. When the stakes were high and the clock was running low to submit an offer, David was able to FaceTime me at midnight in order to write an offer and get everything submitted. When things with the seller/closing timeline went sideways, David was helpful in keeping me in the loop and working with my lender to right the ship and seal the deal. Highly recommend David to anyone on the hunt in DC.
