My husband and I moved to Gainesville at the end of 2020 and we were in search of a house for almost 2 years. In the beginning of our search we used a realtor that did not meet our expectations and so, thankfully a family member referred us to David as they also used him for their recent home purchase. From the very first time we met David, and all the way to the very end of closing, David was extremely patient and communicative with us. He was always very professional and he never once said he was not available to show us a home. David never pushed us to purchase anything even though we looked at a lot of homes because the market was extremely competitive and we did not want to settle or get stuck with a home that we would regret in the future. I know that there are many realtors in the market, however, it’s rare to find a down to earth person that is passionate and motivated to get the deal done. David truly was accommodating and we will certainly be using him again in the future.
