I have lived in Old Town Scottsdale since moving here from northern California in 1987. I have never looked back and I feel the same way about Scottsdale as I did when I first moved. The longer I live here, the more I love it. Scottsdale is such an active place to live and I have enjoyed all of it. One day I am slicing golf balls into the desert, the next day I am on top of Camelback mountain with a panoramic view of the entire valley. I have seen many changes in Scottsdale. From the construction of The Galleria, the transformation of Los Arcos Mall to a world class research facility, the freeway system along Pima Road, the Cactus League stadiums and the explosive growth north of Bell Road. The city continues to add a quality of life to the residents that is unmatched anywhere else in the valley.
I got my start in real estate while enjoying a strong career in the construction business. Somewhat by accident, I became a licensed agent after I had purchased a property in North Scottsdale. It was at that time that I realized that I had no clue about the home buying process or all the paperwork I was signing. It was overwhelming to say the least. Fortunately, I had a good real estate agent that patiently helped me through all the stages of the transaction. The light bulb lit in my head and I realized that it was a natural fit to pair my experience in construction with my passion for service to help folks that wanted to buy a first home or move up the property ladder.
