As a young first-time homebuyer, I wasn't even sure how to properly walk-through a house. After viewing more than 10 properties prior to finding my current house, I can say that he did a wonderful job in teaching me what to look for as well as pointing out warning signs when a property should be avoided. It never felt like he was trying to sell me a house, rather he genuinely had my best interest in mind while trying to satisfy my requirements and looking for something that would retain its value for years to come.

Along the way, I got to know more about David as an agent and a person. Sometimes you can tell a good guy from the start and David is exactly that. He'll take care of you and your family just as he did mine, and will do his best to get you into the house of your dreams. I'm incredibly grateful to have him as my agent for multiple reasons. When I was discouraged, he helped me out and kept me going. With someone else, I fear I likely would've ended up in a house I liked less, just for the sake of finding something. Needless to say, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home, especially a first-time buyer.

Great realtor and even better person! Found someone to do all the minor repairs for us, which saved us a lot of time and energy. Was straight forward with what he thought needed to be done in order to sell our house and was spot on! Would highly recommend!

David went above and beyond to ensure that we got a house that was a perfect fit for our family. He was always fast to respond and friendly. We were not able to look at houses in person and he made sure to check even the smallest things to ensure we were getting a good home. The videos he recorded and the live video showings were very thorough. Our cross-country move was significantly less stressful because we had David to rely on to find us a home. Overall David did the most amazing job to ensure that our family was taken care of and had a wonderful home to move into.

David was extremely helpful and realistic to what our goals were when selling. He has an extensive list of companies that he can call on that made the prep work in getting ready to sell our home very stress free. And overall made the whole selling experience simple easy. He is very realistic when it came to minimizing our out-of-pocket costs for prep work and having us do what is needed and not extra work and he even offered to jump in and give us a hand in painting and landscaping. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a realtor to sell their house.

Helped us work with our mortgage broker, the seller's agent and even our home warranty guy. He never was negative but honest in a positive way. Purely amazing!! David did an amazing job getting us a home. He really works with you, makes time for you, and gets an offer accepted. It didn't take him but 3 weeks of hard looking for him to get us an offer accepted, on our second offer. In this market, that's unheard of. Seriously recommend!!

As a first time home buyer- it was extremely tough for me to instill my trust in just any realtor, until I met David. Since day 1, He navigated the whole situation for me, took the time to explain and re-explain things that I didn't totally understand. He was very communicative and extremely responsive throughout the entire home buying process. If it wasn’t for David’s tenacity and commitment, I would not be calling myself an official homeowner.
