If you are looking for a dedicated agent who will go above and beyond to make you his #1 priority, David Weis is the one. I had the pleasure of working with David on a 1031 exchange with properties in 2 different cities. He managed the process on both sides, including obtaining multiple offers on the “selling” side and negotiating the best deal with a reluctant seller on the “buying” side. Getting the timelines (and contingency removals) to line up was a feat in and of itself, but he made it happen. Both transactions closed the same week! I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and my overall experience working with David. He went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly, was super-responsive, and always made me feel like he was looking out for my best interests. Highly recommend!
