David Werth

Dave co-founded the Versa Realty Group in 2011. Inspired by looking outside of the real estate industry, at companies renowned for their customer service, commitment to innovation, and a workforce of young professionals, he set out to duplicate this experience for his clientele in the real estate space.

Since that time the Versa Realty Group evolved into The Werth Group and has become one of San Diego's elite real estate teams, delivering five-star service, unparalleled results, and a deep commitment to creating amazing real estate experiences. Dave has consistently held company among the highest level real estate professionals both locally and nationally. In 2016 Dave was recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Real Estate Agents in California.

Residing in the San Diego area for 18+ years, Dave has become an expert in San Diego real estate. From buying the right home in the right neighborhood, to selling or investing for the highest returns, his commitment to market knowledge, innovation/technology and customer service has raised the bar for the real estate experience.

Dave currently lives in Coronado with his wife and two children, where he serves on committees for several non-profits, professional organizations and youth sports.
