David Wilkinson

Dave Wilkinson joined MacRo, Ltd. as Director of Marketing in 1992, and has served as Vice President since 1997. His primary role is to coordinate the subdivision and development of properties for MacRo clients in order to increase the property’s value. Dave enjoys using his knowledge of zoning and subdivision regulations, real estate market conditions, and development options to help MacRo’s clients achieve their goals. He is a licensed Realtor and brokers most of MacRo’s property listings.

Dave possesses both a B.S. and M.A. in Economics from the University of Delaware. He was employed as a regional economist in Norfolk, Virginia, before returning to Frederick to serve as Assistant Director for the Economic and Community Development Commission. Dave also served as Marketing Director for a Frederick area business campus prior to joining MacRo, Ltd.

Dave is an active member of the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek, a former board member of the Frederick County Chapter of the American Red Cross and Past President of the Board of Directors for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Frederick County. He coaches youth soccer, basketball and baseball teams for the Ballenger Creek Recreation Council. Dave resides in Frederick with his wife Tamara and their children Kayla, Jacob, and Erin.
