David has been a resident of San Diego County since moving here from Thousand Oaks in 1995. Real Estate is his second career after he spent twenty years running his wakeboarding online magazine, WakeWorld.com. When he's not on the water, you can probably catch him playing in one of Ramona's adult soccer leagues or throwing some bags at a San Diego cornhole tournament.
