About David

David is a Jacksonville native. He earned his Bachelors and MBA from the University North Florida. While attending UNF he managed a used car dealership for several years. As the housing market was crashing he decided to leave the car industry and begin investing in real estate foreclosures.

While continuing to invest in real estate he started a limousine and party bus company (2010) that has grown to be the largest of its kind in NE Florida.

After using several other agents on different real estate transactions he decided to get his real estate license in 2014 so that he could submit offers, buy, sell, and list for his personal investments.

His real estate experience has created a passion that he wants to share with others. He continues to buy, flip, rent, sell residential and commercial properties.

His experience in the limousine and party bus industry has expanded his network immensely and made him very familiar with nearly every area of Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
