David Yakubov

David is the founder and Principal of Trusted Property Advisors, Corp a residential real estate development and brokerage company founded in 2012 in Queens, New York. Over the past 8 years, the company has specialized in acquiring, developing, and re-selling distressed real estate. Throughout the year the company has multiple ongoing real estate development projects.

In addition, the company is successfully helping property owners sell their assets (residential, mixed-use and commercial) through its marketing prowess and strong connections in the real estate industry.


David is a graduate of Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, where he received his BBA in Finance and Investments, Magna Cum Laude Honors.

In his spare time, David enjoys spending time with his family and participate in various sports activities.
