Unlike other real estate agents, David has done it all in his long career, even owning his own mortgage company. His help was invaluable in setting our selling price and marketing. He even helps with how to fix up your home and what you need to know to get your home ready for sale. David also thoroughly knows our market in all of the geographic areas and challenges. The result was our home quickly sold and at a price that was the highest in our HOA area. David continually goes above and beyond to help you.
