Davida was an absolute pleasure to work with.

She treated us with the utmost dignity and respect. I am still in awe of her work ethic as she exceeded my expectations by a million!

Our now home was on the market for about two days when Davida pinned down a showing.

I knew we would make an offer immediately. Even though it was the first and only offer the seller had yet to recieve, it was accepted just 1 day later.

Literally no one else saw our home. No open house , no other offers considered.

We closed in less than 45 days and she even got our closing costs payed for!

Impressed is not a big enough word. Straight up closer!

We closed on our beautiful home in October. Now 3 months later and Davida has been there through and through.

I would recommend Davida to anyone and I always do!

Davida did an awesome job with selling my elderly mother’s home in a challenging situation. My mother wanted to do a quick sale to an “ugly house” company, but changed her mind after meeting with Davida. She did her research to address my concerns and kept me and my mother apprised of events. Davida was able to make the sale for the price that I expected, which was significantly more than the “ugly house” offer.

Yes, I’m married to her, but I have seen everything she does for her clients every day to make sure they have the best experience possible and have everything they need no matter the time or day. If you need help with anything in real estate, have a conversation with her. Even if you don’t end up using her services, you’ll be glad you talked with her.
