As a first time homeowner, i must say Davalier Turner delivered one of the best experiences i have had. Davielier showed me a house and when we gave the seller an offer, he refused to deal with anyone who had an FHA loan approval, he would only deal wth conventional approvals. Minutes after we left the property the seller called him on his personal phone. At this time we had no idea who the seller was. Seems he'd done business with him a few times previously and trusted him implicitly. He told him that since they had a solid working relationship before, he'd accept FHA. This was a huge deal as we'd been priced out of other homes because buyers were paying thousands above asking price. It pays to have a realtor who's been in the game long enough to network. I'm forever grateful.

I had previously worked with several realtors prior to meeting Mr. Turner. The previous realtors were only concerned with their buyer's interest and as a result, the deal collapsed. Mr. Turner quickly jumped in, found a buyer and managed the sale of my property from start to finished. He quickly resolved the many issues that come with short sales. I don't think I could have sold the property without him, he never gave up I will definitely be using your service again!!
