Davis McNulty

Davis McNulty is a multifamily and industrial specialist in Soholux Realty’s Raleigh office. As Partner, he exclusively represents buyers and sellers of investment properties throughout North Carolina, specializing in off-market transactions. Prior to joining Soholux Realty, Davis completed his studies at the University of Virginia’s McIntire School of Commerce and worked in both corporate sales and the house flipping business. Today, Davis advises and assists private investors in the acquisition and disposition of both multifamily and industrial assets. Davis’s entrepreneurial business background, talent for sales, and knowledge of the local market allow him to maximize return on equity for his clients. Davis holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Real Estate, Business Analytics, and Information Technology from the University of Virginia. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of North Carolina.
