Davis Nunneley is a highly skilled Commercial Real Estate specialist with a focus on Multifamily, Retail, Office, and Industrial properties in St. Petersburg. Having completed over $25 million in transactions throughout his career, Davis was Bridgewater’s top producer in the first quarter of 2024. He has worked on a large variety of projects, including Multifamily properties and portfolios, Industrial properties, Office properties, local and national Retail properties, Development Land, and Hospitality properties. With this diverse portfolio, Davis has learned how to think creatively to best serve his clients. While he primarily works on sales, Davis views his position within brokerage as advisory in nature. To this end, he makes it a priority to form long lasting relationships with his clients, understand their specific investment goals, and provide each client with the tools and knowledge to add value to their portfolio, grow the equity they have invested in the real estate market, and mitigate the inherent risks involved in real estate investments.
